Sushmita Chanda is a highly talented and versatile vocal artist with over 10 years of experience in the music industry. Known for her expressive voice and dynamic stage presence, she has performed in and successfully organized numerous large-scale concerts, corporate shows, and auditorium events across platforms. As the Founder of Divine Rhythmz and the Divine Rhythmz Exclusive Academy of Music (DREAM), she is passionate about nurturing emerging talent by providing aspiring singers with professional training and real stage opportunities to showcase their skills. Her commitment to excellence and mentorship has helped many young artists step confidently into the world of live performance.
Pawandeep Sahota is a distinguished vocalist and music professional with over 10 years of experience in live performance, music education, and concert production. Known for his powerful playback-style singing and refined musical technique, he has performed across numerous high-profile concerts, corporate shows, and auditorium events, earning recognition for his versatility across classical, semi-classical, and Bollywood genres. As the Co-Founder of Divine Rhythmz and the Divine Rhythmz Exclusive Academy of Music (DREAM), Pawandeep plays a key role in shaping new talent and curating premium musical productions. He is also a faculty member at the prestigious Mohammed Rafi Musical Institute (MRMI) — founded by the family of the legendary playback singer — reflecting his strong credentials as both an artist and mentor. Passionate about talent development, he actively provides young aspirants with professional training and stage opportunities, helping transform promising voices into confident performers.
